Meet Tax Attorney Hubert Johnson
Hubert Johnson is a member of the California Bar Association and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Mr. Johnson started his tax law career in 2009 working his way up to Team Lead Tax Attorney and manager for multiple departments for RLD Tax firm. In 2012, he became a tax attorney for OIC Tax where he re-established their Offer In Compromise program. He was also a Graduate Tax Law Professor and Lecturer at Baruch College and Tax Attorney at the Melnick Law Firm. In 2015, he joined Tax Tiger, where he helped launch and build a franchise. In 2018 Mr. Johnson launched Guardian Tax Law that he owns and operates.
Mr. Johnson was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 2007 and the California Bar in 2008. He graduated from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2007. He was a Summa Cum Laude undergraduate at CSU Sacramento and was also on the Deans List in Law School
Mr. Johnson has also given tax lectures in NY, Sacramento and Roseville, and he has prepared educational videos on Personal and Business tax issues. He has helped thousands of clients and businesses find resolutions and peace of mind with the IRS and state tax issues.

Kimber Russell graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She was thrilled to return to the Tucson area in 2005 after living in 7 cities in 12 years. In her free time, she enjoys hiking mountains, playing trivia, or finishing a book for bookclub, and being with family and friends.
Jennifer attended college for paralegal and psychology. Jennifer has always had a desire to be a part of bettering peoples lives. Having grown up on the outskirts of Washington D.C. in Northern Virginia, Jennifer is very attuned to vast diversity, and as a result, gained considerable compassion and understanding for others.
As the office manager for Guardian Tax Law, Jennifer is responsible for the everyday running of the office, making sure each client is personally updated on their case, problem resolution, and much more. Jennifer enjoys wearing the different hats that come along working for a tax attorney.
